SUMMARY CONCLUSION:
The Bible appears to be associating the Delayed coming or Tarrying of Christ to the great tribulation. A time when God gave the body over to antichrists. So from our perspective His Revelation or Vision was delayed. However, God cut the tribulation short so at the same time, He is said to have come quickly without delay or tarrying. He came at the appointed time.
