SUMMARY CONCLUSION:
The Bible appears to be confirming that the famine of Amos 8:11 Points to the great tribulation. Because God forsakes the body, His voice is not heard at the start of the tribulation. When He began the separation of wheat and tares, the elect hear His voice (Bible unsealed) and understand unto salvation (depart out). The unsaved in the church, also hear His voice but understand not (resurrection unto damnation). This would relate directly to John 5:28 where God speaks of a general resurrection.
