SUMMARY CONCLUSION:
An interesting parallel seems to surface when it comes to the atoning work of Christ. Everything that happened with the historical atonement and shed blood of Christ, is repeated spiritually with the death of His BODY in tribulation. Therefore the shed blood of His Body would have been a necessary step in God’s plan to redeem the Elect out of Babylon.
