What gives God the right to call the Elect out of Babylon? Let's examine.

SMITE THE SHEPHERD: SMITING THE CHURCH - BODY OF CHRIST?

Zec 10:3 Mine anger was kindled against the shepherds <07462>, and I punished the goats: for the LORD of hosts hath visited his flock the house of Judah, and hath made them as his goodly horse in the battle.

Joh 10:12 But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep.

WATER FROM THE ROCK: SALVATION AS A RESULT OF GOD’S JUDGMENT ON THE BODY OF CHRIST?

De 8:15 Who led thee through that great and terrible wilderness, wherein were fiery serpents, and scorpions, and drought, where there was no water; who brought thee forth water out of the rock <06697> of flint <02496>;

Ps 114:8 Which turned the rock <06697> into a standing water, the flint <02496> into a fountain of waters.

De 32:13 He made him ride on the high places of the earth, that he might eat the increase of the fields; and he made him to suck honey out of the rock, and oil out of the flinty <02496> rock <06697>;

Ps 78:15 He clave the rocks in the wilderness, and gave them drink as out of the great <07227> depths <08415>.

Isa 51:10 Art thou not it which hath dried the sea, the waters of the great <07227> deep <08415>; that hath made the depths of the sea a way for the ransomed to pass over?

CLEANSING, ATONEMENT: GOD FORGIVING ONLY WHEN BLOOD IS SHED?

Le 17:11 For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement <03722> for the soul.

SAMSON AND THE LION: SWEETNESS FROM THE STRONG

Jud 14:14 And he said unto them, Out of the eater came forth meat, and out of the strong <05794> came forth sweetness. And they could not in three days expound the riddle.

SUMMARY CONCLUSION

The Bible appears to be revealing that the redemption of the elect in tribulation came as a result of God shedding the blood of Babylon. Out of the carcase (dead church) honey (gospel, salvation) is found along with the swarm of bees that seem to point to the great multitude (body of Christ) being redeemed today. All of which seemed to have been typified by the judgment on Christ at the cross.
