SUMMARY CONCLUSION
It seems that every single reference of the word MANIFEST in the Bible is speaking of an affirmative action, with SUBSTANCE, by God relating to salvation or judgment depending on the context. And since God defines His own terms, to suggest that Christ died before the world began and only came to DEMONSTRATE (shadow) his atoning death would not be consistent with the whole Bible.
