Last Trumpet
Could the sounding of the Last Trumpet coincide with the spiritual revelation of Christ in judgment?
WHAT IS THE MYSTERY OF GOD?
Re 10:7 But in the days of the voice of the seventh <1442> angel <32>, when he shall {begin to} sound <4537>, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.
Col 1:26 Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints:
Mt 11:25 At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes.
1Co 2:14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
Da 12:4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.
Eph 5:32 This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church.
Eph 3:4 Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ
1Co 15:51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
1Co 15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound <4537>, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
Nu 16:21 Separate yourselves from among this congregation, that I may consume them in a moment.
Ps 73:19 How are they brought into desolation, as in a moment! they are utterly consumed with terrors.
Isa 54:8 In a little wrath I hid my face from thee for a moment; but with everlasting kindness will I have mercy on thee, saith the LORD thy Redeemer.
Jer 4:20 Destruction upon destruction is cried; for the whole land is spoiled: suddenly are my tents spoiled, and my curtains in a moment.
1Co 4:1 Let a man so account of us, as of the ministers of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God.
1Co 2:7 But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:
Ro 16:25 Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began,
Lu 8:10 And he said, Unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God: but to others in parables; that seeing they might not see, and hearing they might not understand.
TIMING OF THE SEVENTH ANGEL SOUNDING
Re 11:15 And the seventh <1442> angel <32> sounded <4537>; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.
1Co 15:24 Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.
Re 12:10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
Re 11:16 And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God,
Re 11:17 Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned.
Re 11:18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward <3408> unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy <1311> the earth.
Re 22:12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward <3408> is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.
1Co 3:13 Every man’s work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man’s work of what sort it is.
2Pe 3:10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
Lu 6:23 Rejoice ye in that DAY, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward <3408> is great in heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets.
2Ti 4:8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.
Lu 12:33 Sell that ye have, and give alms; provide yourselves bags which wax not old, a treasure in the heavens that faileth not, where no thief approacheth, neither moth corrupteth <1311>.
1Ti 6:5 Perverse disputings of men of corrupt <1311> minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself.
SUMMARY CONCLUSION
The Bible appears to be telling us again that when Christ was revealed at the sounding of the seventh trumpet, it was the end. The mystery of God was finished. This seems to imply that God’s salvation program would have come to an end. God now would have begun to unseal the Bible to reveal judgment on the unsaved church body and the redemption or salvation of the elect as the mystery (Christ) is made known to them.
