Does cutting short relate to judgment on the church in tribulation?

CUT SHORT: JUDGMENT ON THE CHURCH?

Ro 9:27 Esaias also crieth concerning Israel, Though the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, a remnant shall be saved:

Ro 9:28 For he will finish <4931> the work <3056>, and cut it short in righteousness: because a short work <3056> will the Lord make upon the earth.

Ro 9:29 And as Esaias said before, Except the Lord of Sabaoth had left us a seed, we had been as Sodoma, and been made like unto Gomorrha.

2Ki 10:32 In those days the LORD began to cut Israel short: and Hazael smote them in all the coasts of Israel;

FINISHED WORKED: SALVATION – SEALING OF 144,000?

SHORT TIME: MEASURE OF TIME OR JUDGMENT?

Re 12:12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short <3641> time.

Jas 4:14 Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time <3641>, and then vanisheth away.

SHORT: SALVATION?

Mt 24:22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.

1Co 4:19 But I will come to you shortly, if the Lord will, and will know, not the speech of them which are puffed up, but the power.

2Pe 1:14 Knowing that shortly I must put off this my tabernacle, even as our Lord Jesus Christ hath shewed me.

SUMMARY CONCLUSION

God appears to be associationg short or shortened to His judgment in tribulation. The wicked are cut short meaning they come under judgment at the revelation of Christ. At the same time, the believers shortly experience salvation. Also it seems that judgment and salvation had to coincide with the time when Christ finished the work of sealing all the elect.
